What Material Is Used For The Making of The E2 EV Charger?
The E2’s shell is made out of a category of plastic called Thermoplastic, distinguished by its unique response to heat. The composition hardens when cooled and becomes soft and malleable when heated. Inherently, this is suitable in some areas of EV Charging such as:
- High Mechanical Strength : Thermoplastics aren’t easily breakable and will withstand significant stress before deforming and breaking
- Thermally Stable : Structural integrity is maintained across a wide temperature range that is way higher than any normal plastics.

Can the E2 EV Charger survive through Malaysia blistering Heat?
