Contacted Energi Elite and Ravi came on-site to check. Apparently it was the old fuse from the main TNB having problem. Ravi also help to paint the ceiling to make it neat at no cost. All in all, it is a "perfect 10" rating from me to Energi Elite for their service. ------------- It has been a week now using my Tesla Wallbox charger installed by Energi Elite. No issue so far and peaceful for me. I am happy have engaged their service. It would be perfect if the patch on the opened man-hole done a bit more neat. He also gave explanation on how to use and download the app with wifi to monitor in future. He came back the next day as the charger went sleep mode as I’m not aware.
