Review updated : Last Wednesday night, my house had electricity problem and thinking it might be from the wall charger... read more that I installed 2 weeks ago. Contacted Energi Elite and Ravi came on-site to check. Apparently it was the old fuse from the main TNB having problem. Ravi also help to paint the ceiling to make it neat at no cost. All in all, it is a "perfect 10" rating from me to Energi Elite for their service. ------------- It has been a week now using my Tesla Wallbox charger installed by Energi Elite. No issue so far and peaceful for me. I am happy have engaged their service. It would be perfect if the patch on the opened man-hole done a bit more neat. I understood this is not their core strength currently. Thank you Ravi & team.

Big thanks to the Energi Elite team for helping me sort out my EV charger! 🙌 My previous electrician had used... read more the wrong wiring (4mm), and the Energi Elite guys were super patient — they checked everything, explained the issue clearly, and even gave me a proper solution plan so I could get it fixed (since my wiring was already concealed). Later, when the electrician corrected the wire, there was still a DB box setting issue because he wasn’t familiar with EV setups. The Energi Elite team came back and fixed everything patiently until it worked perfectly. Really appreciate their help. Friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. Highly recommend them if you’re setting up an EV charger! ⚡🚗
