Big thanks to the Energi Elite team for helping me sort out my EV charger! 🙌 My previous electrician had used... read more the wrong wiring (4mm), and the Energi Elite guys were super patient — they checked everything, explained the issue clearly, and even gave me a proper solution plan so I could get it fixed (since my wiring was already concealed). Later, when the electrician corrected the wire, there was still a DB box setting issue because he wasn’t familiar with EV setups. The Energi Elite team came back and fixed everything patiently until it worked perfectly. Really appreciate their help. Friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable.
