But what impressed me was not about the installation itself—it was their service mindset. Even though I wasn’t going to be their customer, they still took the time to help me review the quotation from a local contractor. They also shared a detailed list of things I should make sure the contractor includes, such as proper wiring, MCB, isolator, and other important items. Honestly, this kind of genuine help is quite rare nowadays. They could have easily just said no and moved on, but instead they went out of their way to make sure I wouldn’t get shortchanged and that the installation would be done safely. Really appreciate their professionalism and sincerity. In future, if I ever need to install a wallbox at my own house in KL, I’ll definitely go with Energi Elite.

He also gave explanation on how to use and download the app with wifi to monitor in future. He came back the next day as the charger went sleep mode as I’m not aware. Thought it shut down but he came back and explained while on sleep mode it still on charging. Highly recommend this EV Wallbox and their professional installer with much reasonable price.
