Yes! We offer relocation assistance for our customers as long as the destination is within a certain distance from the original charger’s location.
Most households in Malaysia are equipped with the appropriate voltage to power our chargers. If you think you may have issues with this, get in touch with us and we’ll assist you in figuring this out!
Charging time depends on your car’s battery capacity and the charger type (7kW, 11kW, 22kW). On average, a 7kW charger adds about 40–50 km of range per hour, while a 22kW charger can fully charge most EVs overnight or within 3–5 hours.
Yes. All our chargers come with built-in safety features like overcurrent, leakage, surge, and over/under-voltage protection. Our installation team also uses premium wiring and safety devices (MCB, RCCB) to protect both your home and EV.
Yes, many of our clients live in condos. We’ll first conduct a site visit to check the electrical infrastructure and obtain approvals from your building management. We then propose the safest and most cost-effective solution.
Absolutely. Energi Elite chargers use the IEC 62196 Type 2 connector, which is compatible with all major EV brands in Malaysia, including Tesla, BYD, BMW, Mercedes, Volvo, and more.
We provide full warranty coverage and after-sales service. If you face any issues, our support team will troubleshoot remotely or send a technician to your location. Energi Elite is committed to long-term reliability and peace of mind.
Energi Elite provides Malaysia’s most comprehensive after-sales service. We offer free remote troubleshooting, on-site support if required, and direct access to spare parts. Our team has completed over 5,000 installations, so you’re in safe hands.
Yes. For example, if you start with a 7kW charger and later change to a 22kW system, our team can upgrade your charger or wiring to meet the new power requirements.
Our chargers follow strict IEC standards and deliver consistent, regulated current. Smart safety features like load balancing and surge protection ensure your EV battery stays healthy long-term.
Yes. We provide optional maintenance packages that include inspection, safety testing, and performance optimization. This ensures your charger runs smoothly for years.
Cheaper chargers often fail after 1–2 years, lack proper safety devices, and have no after-sales support. Energi Elite offers premium build quality, direct distributor warranty, and the best after-sales service in Malaysia.
