Michelle from the pre-sales team was extremely... read more thorough, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. She answered all my queries promptly and addressed every concern professionally. She also explained clearly that for an 11kW charger, a 6mm cable would have been sufficient and safe. However, for my own peace of mind and added safeguard, I decided to proceed with a 10mm cable upgrade instead. The installation was carried out by Harish, Keeran, and their team members, who did an excellent and professional job overall. They worked carefully, ensured everything was properly installed, and cleaned up after completion. While the patch-up work could have been slightly better, it was still acceptable overall. The only shortcoming was the installation timing. The team arrived around 10am and only completed the work around 4pm, whereas I initially expected it to take about 3–4 hours. However, based on my understanding from the installation team, the delay was mainly due to the use of the thicker 10mm cable, which is significantly more difficult to handle and route compared to 6mm cable. Overall, I am very satisfied with the workmanship, professionalism, and support provided by Energi Elite, and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable home EV charging solution.
