Contacted Energi Elite and Ravi came on-site to check. Apparently it was the old fuse from the main TNB having problem. Ravi also help to paint the ceiling to make it neat at no cost. All in all, it is a "perfect 10" rating from me to Energi Elite for their service. ------------- It has been a week now using my Tesla Wallbox charger installed by Energi Elite. No issue so far and peaceful for me. I am happy have engaged their service. It would be perfect if the patch on the opened man-hole done a bit more neat. I understood this is not their core strength currently. Thank you Ravi & team.

We discussed the cable routing in detail, and she explained that the routing for my house would be more time-consuming than usual. My initial installation appointment was scheduled for a Saturday, but they later suggested moving it to a weekday because the installation would take longer than the working hours permitted on Saturdays, especially for my strata property. At first, I was a little hesitant since I wanted to discuss the routing details directly with the technician on-site. Understanding my concern, they arranged for the technician to visit my house on Saturday to go through my proposed routing before the actual installation. I really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to accommodate my request. The installation went smoothly, exactly as discussed, and the workmanship was neat and professional. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable EV charger installer.

Had a very positive experience with Energi Elite for my home EV charger installation. She answered all my queries promptly and addressed every concern professionally. She also explained clearly that for an 11kW charger, a 6mm cable would have been sufficient and safe. However, for my own peace of mind and added safeguard, I decided to proceed with a 10mm cable upgrade instead. The installation was carried out by Harish, Keeran, and their team members, who did an excellent and professional job overall. They worked carefully, ensured everything was properly installed, and cleaned up after completion. While the patch-up work could have been slightly better, it was still acceptable overall. The only shortcoming was the installation timing. The team arrived around 10am and only completed the work around 4pm, whereas I initially expected it to take about 3–4 hours. However, based on my understanding from the installation team, the delay was mainly due to the use of the thicker 10mm cable, which is significantly more difficult to handle and route compared to 6mm cable. Overall, I am very satisfied with the workmanship, professionalism, and support provided by Energi Elite, and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable home EV charging solution.
