Unfortunately, due to their service coverage, they had to decline, even after I offered to pay additional outstation fees. But what impressed me was not about the installation itself—it was their service mindset. Even though I wasn’t going to be their customer, they still took the time to help me review the quotation from a local contractor. They also shared a detailed list of things I should make sure the contractor includes, such as proper wiring, MCB, isolator, and other important items. Honestly, this kind of genuine help is quite rare nowadays. They could have easily just said no and moved on, but instead they went out of their way to make sure I wouldn’t get shortchanged and that the installation would be done safely.
