My previous electrician had used the wrong wiring (4mm), and the Energi Elite guys were super patient — they checked everything, explained the issue clearly, and even gave me a proper solution plan so I could get it fixed (since my wiring was already concealed).
Later, when the electrician corrected the wire, there was still a DB box setting issue because he wasn’t familiar with EV setups. The Energi Elite team came back and fixed everything patiently until it worked perfectly.
Really appreciate their help. Friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. Highly recommend them if you’re setting up an EV charger!

Just got the Energi Elite wallbox charger installed and I’m really happy with the whole experience. The team replied super quickly to my enquiry, explained everything clearly, and even gave helpful recommendations without trying to upsell anything. Setting up the appointment was easy, and the installer even called before coming. He walked me through what needed to be done and did a really neat job.
The charger itself seems solid — the LCD screen makes it easy to check the status, and my first charge went perfectly. All in all, smooth process and a good product!

Are they responsive and efficient when handling new EV charger installations?
My first experience in the ev world included wallbox installation. After survey in internet found Energy Elite has a lot of good reviews and decided to choose them. Appointment through whatsapp with Michelle was very responsive and any question was answered swiftly. At the time of installation, 2 experience technicians were working closely together and only less than 2 hours installation was completed. Work is neat and awesome. Tested charging overnight and no issue. Whatsapp for enquiry 2 days ago and was answered in details. Overall superb experience with Energi Elite and strongly recommended for those who is looking to install new wallbox.
Can you handle complex installations when the DB box is in a difficult location?
Great workmanship from energi lite team, discussed and find most possible routing of cable. My DB is located at store room at the centre of my house, they planned and advised nicely. Opened plaster ceiling and they sealed it nicely after installation done.
My charger works as soon as it turned on. The team also advised on the configuration of my charger.
