We discussed the cable routing in detail, and she explained that the routing for my house would be more time-consuming than usual. My initial installation appointment was scheduled for a Saturday, but they later suggested moving it to a weekday because the installation would take longer than the working hours permitted on Saturdays, especially for my strata property. At first, I was a little hesitant since I wanted to discuss the routing details directly with the technician on-site. Understanding my concern, they arranged for the technician to visit my house on Saturday to go through my proposed routing before the actual installation. I really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to accommodate my request. The installation went smoothly, exactly as discussed, and the workmanship was neat and professional.
