- Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales and services provided by Mishkaat Marketing Sdn Bhd (“we,” “us,” “our”) through our website energielite.com.my and any associated invoices or communications. By purchasing our products or services, you (“customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Definitions “Charger”: Energi Elite charging devices sold by us. “Installation Services”: The installation of Chargers or other EV charger brands at the customer’s specified location. “Authorized Technicians”: Technicians employed or approved by Mishkaat Marketing Sdn Bhd. “Invoice”: The billing document provided to the customer, which references these Terms and the warranty terms on our website.
- Orders and Payment Customers may order Chargers and request Installation Services through our website or authorized channels. Payment terms are specified during the order process. Acceptance of Terms: By paying for our products or services as per the invoice provided, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and the warranty terms referenced on our website.
- Delivery and Installation We will deliver and install the Charger within an agreed-upon timeframe. The customer must ensure the installation site is ready and accessible. Authorized Installation: Only our Authorized Technicians may perform installations to maintain warranty validity. If any other installer does manholes, hacking, or any part of our scope, the warranty will be void.
- Warranty for Energi Elite Chargers 5.1 Product Warranty Coverage We provide a 2-year limited warranty on all Energi Elite chargers, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period begins from the date of delivery.
5.2 Warranty Validity and Conditions
- The warranty is valid only if the charger is installed by:
- An Energi Elite Authorized Technician, or
- A Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST)-registered electrical contractor.
- Installation protection devices (e.g., MCB, RCCB, isolator) must meet or exceed ST guidelines.

– Wire Mega Brand Only. - Proof of purchase and charger serial number must be provided for all claims.
- Warranty is void if:
- Any installation component (e.g., MCB, RCCB, isolator, wiring) is supplied or installed by a third party.
- Any part of the installation scope (e.g., manhole work, wall hacking) is carried out by non-Energi Elite personnel.
5.3 What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects: Structural or material faults.
- Electrical malfunctions: Internal modules, circuit boards, power units.
- Communication failures: OCPP, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or Ethernet issues.
5.4 What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Improper installation: Non-compliant circuits, substandard wiring, or use of incompatible protection components.
- Physical damage: Caused by impact, mishandling, or vandalism.
- Environmental damage: Fire, lightning, flooding, or other natural events.
- Incorrect usage: Overvoltage, incompatible equipment, misuse.
- Unauthorized modifications: Third-party repairs or software changes.
- Normal wear and tear: Cosmetic issues, discoloration, aging parts.
5.5 Warranty Claim Process
- Submit proof of purchase and charger serial number.
- We will initiate remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- If needed, the case may be escalated to the manufacturer.
- Approved claims will result in repair or replacement.
- Transportation, removal, or reinstallation costs are not covered unless specified.
5.6 Spare Parts Availability We maintain spare parts for our chargers, including power modules, control boards, communication modules, and connectors. Repairs outside the warranty period will incur charges.
5.7 Installation Warranty (Separate)
- Energi Elite installations include a 1-year warranty for:
- Installation workmanship: wiring, earthing, mounting.
- Installation components: protection devices (e.g., MCB, RCCB, isolator) if supplied and installed by Energi Elite.
- Optional extension to 2 years available upon request if purchased before the original warranty expires.
- Warranty is only valid if all components and installation work are performed entirely by Energi Elite. If any part of the work, such as manhole construction, wall hacking, or cable routing, is done by third parties, the warranty is void. Likewise, if the customer supplies or installs any installation components (e.g., MCB, RCCB, isolator, wiring) on their own or via a third party, the warranty is void. We provide full warranty coverage only when the complete installation is carried out solely by Energi Elite without any third-party involvement.
- We are not liable for damages to aging house wiring or appliances outside our installation scope.
5.8 On-Site Support & Charges
- Remote troubleshooting is free during warranty.
- On-site support is free only if installed by Energi Elite.
- If installed by a third party, on-site visits are chargeable.
- Out-of-warranty services will incur labor, travel, and material costs.
5.9 Recommended Maintenance Schedule To ensure long-term performance, we recommend the following:
- Biannual inspection for damage, corrosion, and connector wear.
- Annual firmware/software updates.
- Annual thermal imaging and load balancing check.
- Maintenance services are available at additional cost.
5.10 Limitation of Warranty Our warranty does not cover consequential or indirect losses. Manufacturer approval is required for all warranty claims. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement at our discretion.
- Warranty for Installation of Other EV Charger Brands 6.1. Workmanship Warranty Duration: Six (6) months from the date of installation. Coverage: Defects arising from our installation work, including wiring, MCB, RCCB, or isolator provided by us.
6.2. Warranty Conditions If an issue arises, we will inspect the installation. If it’s our fault (e.g., faulty wiring, defective components we supplied), we will repair it at no cost. If the issue is elsewhere (e.g., customer’s charger, components not supplied by us), service fees will apply.
6.3. Warranty Exclusions Damage to the house, fuse burns, or shocks to other appliances are not covered. Damage from lightning or voltage surges is not covered. Damage to the car or charger is not covered. Recommendation: We advise installing a surge protection device. Failure to do so is at the customer’s own risk.
- Safety Measures Safety equipment like MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker), RCCB (Residual Current Circuit Breaker), and isolators are provided to ensure safety against electrical faults. Customers must not alter or tamper with the safety equipment provided.
- Customer Responsibilities Site Requirements: Ensure the installation site meets necessary standards and regulations. Proper Use: Use the Charger and installation components as per guidelines. Surge Protection: Install a surge protection device as recommended to protect against voltage surges.
- Extra Charges and Work Scope Limitations
- Energi Elite shall not be liable for any damage to hidden utilities (e.g., underground cables, concealed plumbing, or outdated hidden wiring) that are not visible or disclosed prior to installation. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of such risks in advance.
- We are not responsible for issues arising from non-compliant or unstable electrical infrastructure outside the EV charger installation zone (e.g., old fuse boxes, overloaded circuits, undersized cables).
- Jobs delayed for more than 14 days due to the customer’s unavailability or postponed site readiness may be rescheduled at our discretion and are subject to revised pricing based on current rates.
- Warranty will only be valid once installation is completed and jointly signed off by both parties. If the customer refuses sign-off or requests premature handover without inspection, the warranty will be void.
10. Liability We are not liable for any damages, losses, or incidents occurring post-installation that are not directly related to our services or products. This includes electrical malfunctions, fire, or damage resulting from external factors or customer negligence. Our liability is limited to the warranties stated herein.
10.1 Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product or service in question.
11. Indemnification The customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: Misuse of the Charger or installation components. Unauthorized modifications or repairs. Breach of these Terms.
12. Force Majeure We are not liable for failures or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.
13. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the Chargers and associated materials are owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
14. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of business.
15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction.
16. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be done here and its customers responsibility to view the changes here by themselves.
17. Severability If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
18. Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and us, superseding any prior agreements or representations.
